When asked by a teacher at the Harvard Business School what he would do if he discovered that one of his products had fatal side-effects, Jeffrey Skilling , the former chief executive of Enron replied " I'd keep making and selling the product. My job as a businessman is to be a profit center and to maximise return to shareholders."
